Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Camera

  Securely place the camera, case, and any included accessories back into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technical team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
